A decommissioned cargo ship given new life: today the Attila cruises gently across the three lakes and stands for the beauty and strength of an entire region.
In the beginning there was the MS Attila — named after the warrior king of the Huns, for many years a reliable transport and cargo ship. After the Reederei Vully AG acquired her, we gave her a thorough facelift. Since then she has come back to life as a Boutique Boatel in new splendour — from Attila the warrior king grew the emblem of our ship and of the Three-Lakes region. A boat that puts the beauty of this region centre stage, draws on local trades and regional produce, and sails cleanly thanks to its hybrid engine.
It’s a labour of love — brought to life by founders who live in the Three-Lakes region and love it. And she is an example of slow, environmentally aware and contemporary travel.
Innovative. Stylish. Quality-driven.
With the Boutique Boatel Attila, we run a project that is unique in Switzerland. That uniqueness shows in the stylish execution, our high standard of quality and the innovative drive that contemporary tourism demands.
With us you enjoy an unforgettable stay — unwind, marvel, immerse yourself.
In materials, execution and every detail on board.
Switzerland’s first Boutique Boatel — travelling sustainably thanks to its hybrid engine.
